I have been studying and applying archetypal astrology to my own life passages since 2003. The practice of watching my transits and cycles, and the way they present themselves in the events of my life, has given me a more confident awareness of my embeddedness within the creative unfolding of the cosmos and has nurtured compassion for myself and others, as well as a sense of personal power.
My specific focus and desire in this work is to help you become more aware of the strengths you carry within and how to access and nourish them, no matter what circumstances life brings your way. There is a unique and divine beauty in all of us. It is my aim to coax that beauty out into the light of day to be seen and to shine on others.
WHAT IS ARCHETYPAL ASTROLOGY?
In modern times, much of astrology has centered on the Sun sign. There are a variety of reasons for this. One is that our culture since the scientific revolution has centered on humanity and the Sun (symbolically, the human ego) as the centers of our solar system. We have emerged from the collective consciousness of humanity's early history into the time of human domination of Nature.
While this stage in human development has undoubtedly led to advancements and, in some ways, the enrichment of human life, something has also been lost - namely, the awareness of our interconnection with all that is.
At this moment, however, as our planetary and cosmic awareness gains momentum, we are expanding our consciousness to include the rest of Life and the multiplicity of archetypal energies that fuel our personalities and the appearance of our world.
Astrology is about more than the Sun. My aim as an astrologer is to explore the complexity and diversity that is you.
My Approach
Using ancient and postmodern methods of analysis and interpretation, I use the symbolic language of archetypal astrology to give form and context to the passages of your life.

Astrological Guidance
NATAL CHART READING
The Natal Reading explores the specific archetypal array of the Western Astrological birthchart for the time and place you were born. This includes analysis of personality, psychological and spiritual development, current opportunities and challenges, and overall life purpose. You receive natal, transit and progressed charts, typed notes, and a live mp3 recorded reading in person or via Skype or Zoom.
RELATIONSHIP READING
Relationship readings are for two individuals: lovers, parents and children, siblings, or any other couple. The reading includes the individual birthcharts, a compatability chart and a synastry chart, as well as typed notes and a one and one half hour mp3 recorded live reading in person or via Skype or Zoom.
TRANSIT & SOLAR RETURN READINGS
The transit readings can cover the immediate moment, a month, or 3-6 months. An annual subscription for 4 quarterly transit readings is available, as is an annual Solar Return Reading near your birthday, giving you a snapshot of the focus of energies for the coming year.
MY BACKGROUND
While pursuing my Ph.D. at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, I was honored to study the subject in-depth with acclaimed astrologer Richard Tarnas. As an astrologer, my special interests and focuses are on transit analysis and Moon progressions, also known as the Lunation Cycle. My offerings include individual consultations, discussion groups, and workshops. Since 2010 I have led dozens of workshops and taught bi-annual 6 week introductions to archetypal astrology.
